Chuck Lustfield, Ph.d., LPC

Description

Rolfing is a process for reorganizing our body's structure so that the client experiences less stress, chronic pain and can sustain better posture more easily. The physical and emotional
traumas we experience shorten and harden our muscles and connective tissue resulting in restricted movement, chronic pain, increased
stress and poor posture. People who have experienced Rolfing report feeling lighter, less chronic pain, being more comfortable in their
bodies and a greater sense of well being.

Chuck is in private practice in Dallas. He was certified by the Rolf Institute for Structural Integration in 1977 and completed his advanced training in 1982. He continues to engage in continuing education to stay current in the field of structural integration.

Prior to his interest in personal growth, Chuck earned a Ph.D. in mathematics and taught at Ohio University and Arizona State University.

Philosophy and Comments

For me, body, mind and spirit are three interrelated aspects
of the human existence. When we experience distress or
disharmony in one aspect, the other two will be affected.
Healing in one aspect must involve the healing of the others.
